Free Entitlement Hours
​
We accommodate places for 15 or 30 funded nursery care, term time 38 weeks only.
There are 3 types of funding available:
​
Working Parent funding—Eligible working parents are entitled to 15 hours funding each term time week. This will increase from September 2025 to 30 hours. These can be used from the term after your child’s is 9 Months old. A funding code must be obtained and will need renewing every 3 months. The Table below shows when you can access the funding.

​​​2 Year old funding for families receiving additional support—Eligible parent's are entitled to 15 hours funding each term time week. The Criteria can be seen on the Childcare Choices website: www.childcarechoices.gov.uk
This funding does not need to be renewed and eligibility will continue until the child is eligible for universal 3 year old funding.

Universal 3 and 4 year old funding— This funding for any child aged 3 and 4 and you are not eligible for working parent funding. Your child is entitled to 15 hours funding each term week. These can be used the term after your child turns 3. No funding code is required.
​
Using funded hours
At Supertots all funding is used term time only over 38 weeks. 15 hours funding can be used over 2 days 8:30am to 4:00pm or 5 morning sessions 9am to 12pm or 5 afternoon sessions 1pm to 4pm.
30 hours funding can be used over 4 short day session 8:30am to 4:00pm.
We offer additional chargeable sessions around these hours, if needed, at an extra cost.

Funding sessions do not include a meal. A lunch or tea can be added at an extra cost of £2.50 per meal or you can provide your child with a healthy packed lunch. Packed lunches must be in an insulated lunch bag with an ice block to keep it cool. Meals must be booked in advance.
Discounts
17% Discount for Full time, 5 days 8:00am to 6:00pm on Non funded weeks.
No discounts given on 7:30am to 8:00am
There is a 10% discount for siblings if both siblings pay full fees. If any government funding is received no discount is given.

Other Important information
To secure a place at the nursery a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 will be required. This will be requested within the enrolment letter sent to yourself the term before your child is due to start nursery. The deposit will then be deducted from the first month’s fee when your child starts at the nursery. All deposits are non-refundable.
​
All fees must be paid by the last day of the month they are invoiced. i.e. Fees invoiced on 1st January must be paid by 31st January. A £10.00 late charge will be added to account if fees are still not paid by the end of the 4th of the following month, i.e.4th February.
​
Bank holidays and sickness are charged at full rate.
​
We require 4 week's written notice if you leave the setting.
