Applying for a place at Supertots

We would be delighted to show you and your child around the nursery and to answer any questions that you have. We also offer taster crèche sessions in the nursery for your child so that you can be assured of their comfort and happiness.

To apply for a place, please download an application pack and return your completed application form to us for the attention of the Nursery Manager. Alternatively you can call or email us to request an application pack via post.

Booking your child into the nursery.

To secure a place at the nursery a deposit of two weeks fees will be required. The balance will be due, three months before the start date. This deposit will then be deducted from the first month’s fee when your child starts at the nursery. All deposits are none refundable.

Fees.

2 to 5 Year Olds

3 Month to 2 Year Olds

• Fees are payable on a monthly basis by standing order.
• Monthly standing orders are taken in advance on the first of each month commencing in the second month your child is in the Nursery.
• The fees for the first month are payable in advance on a weekly basis by cheque or cash. Any deposits already received will be deducted from the amount due.
• All deposits are non-refundable. On enrolment a nominal deposit of £20 is required.
• Non payment of fees will result in your child’s place being suspended, until the fees have been paid in full.
• The collecting times are 1.00 p.m. for the morning session and 6.00 p.m. or before for the afternoon/full day session. Children who are collected outside of these times will incur a charge of £5.00 per 5 minutes.
• Two weeks notice is required for withdrawal of your child from the Nursery.
• Fees are charged over 50 weeks. There is no charge for the week between Christmas and New Year when the Nursery is closed. One other week may be taken at no charge at any time during the year.
• Bank holidays and sickness will be charged at full rate.
• Fees are reviewed annually and any changes will be implemented from 1st February.
